An lovely ocean view surprise

Woke up to amazing ocean views each morning. The pool area was ideal, and the staff were genuinely warm and cute.

Unfortunately, the dining options left much to be desired. The food quality was disappointing, which led us to venture outside for meals.

the location was the best thing about this hotel. I also enjoyed meeting guest service manager Veronica who was great and helped us out alot!

The rooms have a very musty smell to them, The food was again average at best, and way too many kids running around, the parents were nowhere to be found and it seem if the were around they really didn't care what the kids were doing. I would have preferred a better class of people.

Their rich foods and sugar-free desserts, no hotel had ever touched me.

The manager of the restaurant Ulises on the morning of Tuesday October 2, 18 did something corrupt because I was waiting since 9:50 am without moving from the place, to give 11 am to sign up for the specialty dinner and at 10:20 I approached because I saw a guest insisting that they give him room for 8 people, for which I came and I said, sorry but I am before that man, and he said I only have room at 7 and 9 pm, for which I said, how is that? If it's not yet 11 am, he's not supposed to have given us a place yet. So the man who had not been trained got a place at 8 and I at 9, I feel if I am not wrong that Ulysses received a tip to accommodate those people. It is worth mentioning that of the three nights we stayed, always. They told us that there was no more room, and rightly so, because if they set aside places for people who "bite", what a shame! I would like to make a special mention for the waiter Pablo for his kindness and attention as well as for several other waiters who kindly attended to us. Would you go back to that hotel? I don't think so.

All fine, but food quality

The rooms are spotless and well-organised with large bathrooms. Pleasant personnel is with their service. The ambiance is wonderful.

The pool area was super relaxing, and our room provided fine ocean views that were hard to beat. Just a small downside was the wait for dinner reservations some nights, but it didn't ruin our overall great experience 🌴

The property has a beautiful and gorgeous location, very close to Manzanillo harbor, the Local Bus and the airport and "Centro " Manzanillo. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. The venue offers good sized, air-conditioned rooms with coffee maker, a beautiful view.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was comfortable with an amazing ocean view! The pool was great, especially for kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a standard room with ocean view that offered amazing sunsets, and the pool area was excellent for families. The attentive service and variety of activities was very good compared to our previous trips to manzanillo.

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Room with Ocean View. The view was fine, with the ocean right outside. The pool area was enjoyable, especially the kids pool. Service was attentive and friendly. A great getaway for families 🌊

The buffet breakfast overlooking the bay was a nice way to start the day. I took the time to relax in the spa,. The beachfront location allowed me to enjoy the beautiful views without crowds .

Some activities could have been better organized. The dining options did not meet my expectations for variety and creativity.

The standard room I booked had a fine ocean view. The pool area was perfect for families, with a kid's pool my children loved. The staff were so friendly.
